WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

 

Yatu's Bakery uses only the very best ingredients available, including free-range eggs, organic flour, British butter, Belgian chocolate, extra-brute cocoa, seasonal British (where possible) fruits and homemade vanilla extract using Madagascan vanilla.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY TREATS FOR?

Most of the cakes and brownies can be kept at room temperature or in the fridge in an airtight container for 4 days. It is advised that you take the cakes out of the fridge at least an hour before serving to bring them to room temperature. It is possible to freeze your bakes in an airtight container (cakes including cream cannot be frozen and must be kept in the fridge) for up to one month (brownies & blondies 3 months) and defrosted in the fridge overnight before eating. With each order, you will receive storage and serving instructions.

DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN PRODUCTS?

Yes, some products can be made vegan and gluten-free, just send an email and we can discuss your needs further. Please note all cakes and bakes are made in a kitchen that handles soy, dairy, gluten, nuts, sulphites and sesame so I do not advise you order anything from Yatu's Bakery if you have a severe allergy.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW MUCH?

Cake delivery starts from £8 and covers all London zones. Cakes can also be delivered outside London. Alternatively, you can order a range of treats to be sent by post and delivered throughout the UK from £8. Collection is available from Pimlico or Westminster in London, SW1.

 

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER?

Please order your cakes at least 5 days in advance, order by 12pm for next day shipping on selected postal treats. For large orders please consider giving at least 2 weeks notice. For last-minute orders please send an email or message me on Instagram and I'll do my best to help.

WHAT IF I NEED TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change the delivery date of your order or cancel it altogether please contact me by email as far in advance as possible, at least 3 days or you will lose payment made for your order. Cancelled orders cannot be credited if cancelled less than 3 days before delivery date. Cancellations or postponed orders will receive credit for the same amount to be used within 12 months if made no later than 3 days before the delivery date. I will always do my best to help if you need to amend or postpone an order but please bear in mind that this is a one-person bakery and changes are not always possible. Please note that Yatu's Bakery does not offer refunds. For more info please see terms and conditions.
