I've spent the last few years as a Pastry Chef working at some of the best kitchens, London has to offer including a Michelin star kitchen, independent cafes and bakeries. While working full-time, I made custom cakes in my spare time, until a global pandemic hit in March 2020.

 

What better time than during a pandemic to take the plunge and run the bakery full time?
